The Chalet is situated in delightful surroundings on the Tower Estate, Seaton. It is in a fine elevated position on the main Lyme Regis - Exeter road (A3052) at the junction of Seaton Down Hill, just past the village of Colyford and next to a converted water tower which is visible for some miles.

The villages of Axmouth, Beer and Branscome are only a short distance away and Exeter is also within easy reach. The Chalet is in a good position for exploring East Devon and the Surrounding area.

The Estate, which consists of 32 detached cedarwood chalets is about 1 mile from the centre of Seaton, with Lyme Regis 8 miles, Sidmouth 10 miles and Exeter 22 miles away. There are swings and a see-saw available on the site.

Each Chalet has its own car parking space and there is a petrol station and shop on the site. The Chalet park is next to a Hotel where facilities are available for Badminton/Squash etc, as well as a gym, small outdoor pool, and Bar/Restaurant.

The Chalet is detached, and built of Cedarwood to a Canadian design. Inside, the accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/diner with breakfast bar, a kitchen area with electric cooker and refrigerator, sink unit and plenty of cupboard space. There are two bedrooms one with a 4ft. double divan and the other with bunk beds and a child's bed. Both rooms have wardrobe cupboards. The Chalet is double glazed and carpeted.

The Chalet is fully furnished and has an electric heater, blankets , pillows, crockery, cutlery and a comprehensive set of cooking equipment for 4/5 people. Hot water is provided by an immersion heater which can be switched on and off as required and electricity through a coin operated meter. There is also a colour television and video.
